I got a call from a mate.
He had some Newcastle/Gloucester friends wanting to head up the coastal trails and into Carrai.
He asked if I could give them some pointers on the best way through.
I could do better than that. I will lead them through myself.
I met the Gloucester boys at Gingers Creek Cafe.
The plan was to head up the Oxley and across to Racecourse - Carrai Road.
