I have an answering machine. Im not always in the workshop so its necessary. The majority of my messages are like this: "Can you call me back and explain to me how to fix my computer?" Now for certain regular well paying clients I dont mind. The majority of calls are from people who have never spent money with me and have no intention of doing so. Can you understand I might not enjoy telling you how to fix your computer as:
(1) Its costing "me" money to call you.
(2) I could be using this time doing a job that pays.
(3) Its hard to explain technical aspects of a software fix to people who cant use a mouse?
How can I put this nicely. Please fuck off.
